We want you to love your hand-knit pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Because custom pieces are made especially for you, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.
